Becoming an Artham Ambassador
To become an Artham Ambassador, you must apply through our website and be approved by us. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion. (Once the aspiring Ambassador has completed the criteria for becoming an Ambassador published by Artham on the website)
As an Artham Ambassador, you will be eligible to receive commission on sales generated through your unique referral link.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the venue of the arbitration shall be in Kolkata. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
